Really Ugly Résumés
Not really a fan of this type of resume, unless a client is requesting such a version - but in 9 years of Search, no client has ever asked for such! They have asked in 95% of cases for either simple, plain, easy to read/navigate documentation in Word .doc format or pdf! Standing out on the pile doesn't necessarily translate to appropriate attention!
