Mobile to Become a $1 Billion Business in the U.S. Next Year...MEANWHILE

... in APAC 2010 mobile ad spend to reach $1.5b

The total spending in the mobile advertising market in Asia Pacific is predicted to be about $1.5billion for 2010, according to a Smatto whitepaper.
 
While the numbers are impressive, research also suggests that only 8% of traffic is converted into mobile advertising inventory.
 
With more than 400 million people having access to the mobile internet, over 15 billion page impressions will be produced daily, including Japan and China.
