A very good interview with Andreas Vogiatzakis, managing director of Omnicom Media Group Malaysia, discussing the qualities most needed in today's talent market. I like his particular attention to Generation Y and understanding the approach to them needs to be different to the previous "generation" of talent coming into the media and advertising industry.  I've always noted that advertising and media agencies have been lacking in true, structured training and development of junior members. As it is hard enough to attract the top talent, keeping them is critical!
