No major surprises, but what I did note and one thing I am passionate about, a key challenge mentioned:
FINDING TALENT
As Barry Cupples said,"finding it and spreading it..." across Asia is going to be continued challenge for all the main groups.
Everyday I am sourcing, being referred to and hunting for the top talent in Asia. Interviewing and screening between 6 to 8 new candidates a day, is and will always be a main priority for me to uncover the "gems" in the industry.
